I'm buying through a Builder...do I need a Realtor?

Updated Tuesday, June 5, 2012  ::  Views (6576)

Buying a New-Build Home can be an exciting process:

You get to decide everything from your floor to the ceiling and everything in between! But at the end of the day, you're purchasing a product with a very detailed contract that is designed to ensure the Builder is covered for the majority of situations that arise.

The benefit of going to a Builder and registering your Realor is so we can work on your behalf to:

- Review the contract with you

- To explain and advise exactly what you're signing

- What the options you, as the Buyer have should an issue/concern arise.

The key in working with a builder is not negotiation of the final price, but ensuring that the Contract that you are entering into is understood as to YOUR obligations to the Builder and THEIR obligations to you, as the Buyer.

The process can be long when looking at New Home Builder's and having a Realtor working WITH you can be a benefit. It ensures that not only you are getting the home you want, but that your Contract makes sense and works for YOU.

Give us a call/email today to find out how we can help you find the home of your dreams!
